Autobah Logic is definitely the place to go if you care about your vehicle and want it to last. They have more knowledge than most dealerships and use superior products. The staff is excellent and the shop is kept immaculately clean. They offer a variety of services from regular maintenance to custom engine work and tuning. Autobahn Logic is the only place I'll be taking my car because when I leave it in their hands, I know it will be taken care of.

I got a call from Miguel after below review. He told me he was the younger mechanic who worked on my car. After talking with him, sounded like they fixed part 1 of my problem and I ended up finishing part 2 at Audi.

The fact that he actually called to resolve, it showed they cared about customers.

I took my 2013 A4 there to fix draining battery.
Andres was always quick and responsive but he was sometimes hard to get hold of by phone.

Mario was very thorough and knowledgeable. He looked at my car for few days with his computer to troubleshoot my electrical system. He initially thought my gear selector had gone wrong and needed to be replaced.

I bought the part and brought it in to them. Younger guys started replacing my gear selector and told me that they needed to charge me $400 more because my car was quattro and that they needed to remove my prop shaft to get my gear selector out from the bottom. They obviously had my car multiple times already with my VIN number showing it is quattro but they had to realize this when my car is up on their hoist and when I did not have any other choice - this I did not like.

Also when I came to pick up my car I found they had broken my plastic trim around the gear selector while they were replacing it. Andres did not admit first but he did end up replacing this part eventually which I appreciate.

Unfortunately my car still had battery draining issue after the visit. They asked me to bring the car in and do more diagnostics at charge but i did not want to spend more time and money here. I ended up going to Audi dealer, which I paid more for hourly rate but they ended up finding a faulty wire for back up camera and fixed my battery issue.

I highly recommend Mario for his knowledge, thorough eyes and Andres for his quick response and keeping his promise to repair their younger mechanic's damage.

Maybe I just wasn't lucky with my battery repair here. And I did not like the extra cost that came up when my car was on the hoist and I had no options but to pay.

Outstanding knowledge, great customer service, and honest prices. Now that’s what makes a great auto repair shop. Autobahn Logic exceeded all my expectations.

Mario’s knowledge on vehicles, especially my 2011 VW Golf GTI reassured me that my vehicle was in good hands. His staff (Isabelle) explained in detail everything that was needed and detailed all the cost associated with the repair.

I didn’t know where to take my GTI and after searching the web for a reliable auto repair shop in Oakville, I came across Autobahn Logic. I decided to take a chance, and I brought my vehicle to Mario.

Best decision ever! You can confidently take your vehicle to Autobahn knowing you are getting a fair deal and quality work.
