It's been over 10 years since my last visit, but it's the same service and commitment to me as a client. Really appreciate the honesty and the fact that they tried to save me money where ever they could. Such a comfortable feeling going there. the exhaust system I had replaced seems to be ok, without it being put on a lift to check, but when I received my car back the check engine light was on. This is unacceptable considering I needed the exhaust system to pass safety. I went in to ask about the light and he said its "probably" the O2 sensor... sure enough they hook up the computer and it's the upstream O2 sensor that sits right infront of the exhaust that was replaced. hmm weird. All I know is that I now have to buy and replace a new O2 sensor cost $299.99 plus labour, that was perfectly fine when I brought it in. I just paid $1700 for a brand new system. What's more troubling is the fact that they were just going to let me drive off without saying anything?!? If they had of even called and said it needed to be replaced while it was still there I wouldn't have been upset. I didn't want to believe that this is one of those places that fixes one thing and breaks another so you'll come back, but it's hard not to... I am very unimpressed with the care of the car during work and how they handled the situation afterwards. There's better places that will take better care.

Diagnosed a simple problem in my car, had a good idea of what it cost.

Got one quote that was outrageously expensive....made me second guess myself

Took it to this shop and they confirmed I was correct and charged me a fair price for the work needing to be done.

I'll definitely come back.
