Lifetime Guarantee

We design BUKL products to last a lifetime. Every belt we ship is engineered with premium materials, minimalist design, and attention to detail. We proudly offer a lifetime warranty that covers any manufacturing defects in materials or workmanship throughout the entire lifespan of the product. If a product covered by this warranty fails due to a manufacturing defect we will repair the product, without charge, or replace it, at our discretion.

Eligibility

Our warranty is available to all customers who possess an order number from bukl.co or valid proof of purchase from one of our authorized retailers. This policy applies to the original purchaser, or in the case of a gift, the original recipient. BUKL warranties are not transferable.

What’s Covered

Our Lifetime Guarantee covers:

  • Defects in materials or workmanship — including buckle breakage, stitching failures, or webbing defects.

  • Hardware malfunctions that prevent your belt from working as intended.

  • Premature failure under normal use — if your belt stops doing its job when used as a belt, we’ll repair or replace it.

What’s Not Covered

To keep things fair and sustainable, the guarantee does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear such as minor fraying, fading, or softening of webbing after years of use.

  • Cosmetic changes that don’t affect function (scratches, discoloration, etc.).

  • Misuse or modifications, including cutting, burning, chemical exposure, or using the belt for purposes other than as a waist belt.

  • Loss or theft — we can’t cover belts that go missing.

  • Products purchased from un-authorized dealers or second hand sources.

Length of Coverage

  • Lifetime Guarantee: As long as you own your BUKL, it’s covered against defects in materials and workmanship.

How to File a Claim

  1. Send us proof of purchase (order number, receipt, or product registration).

  2. Email us a photo of the problem at support@bukl.co.

  3. We’ll review your claim quickly and either send a replacement, repair the belt, or provide a fair solution.

In some cases, you may be asked to cover a small shipping fee so we can keep the program sustainable for everyone.
